Who the pilot is for
The pilot is for HOA boards, condominium associations, apartment operators, and property managers that want to test a structured registration process in one community. It works especially well for teams replacing paper forms, spreadsheets, email attachments, or records spread across several systems. One location gives your staff and residents a practical way to evaluate the experience before making a broader commitment.
What's included
We configure a branded registration page for your selected community. Residents can self-register their pets, provide the information your policy requires, and submit documents without delivering paper to the office. Your team receives a searchable pet roster with unit-level records, document and vaccination tracking, and optional QR pet identification. At the end of the pilot, we hold a results review call to discuss participation, record quality, staff workflow, and any questions that came up during registration.
What happens after 30 days
You keep your data. If the program fits your community, you can choose the available plan that matches your size and operating needs. If it does not, you can walk away. There is no setup fee during the pilot and no long-term commitment. The goal is to let your team evaluate a real registration cycle with real residents instead of relying on a generic demonstration.
What we need from you
To prepare the pilot, we need the community name, approximate unit count, current pet policy, and one primary contact who can confirm the registration requirements. We use that information to configure the page, identify the records residents should submit, and coordinate the launch. Your contact also helps answer community-specific questions that arise during setup and the 30-day review period.
Free pilot FAQ
Is the 30-day pilot really free?
Yes. There is no setup fee during the pilot, no resident cost, and no long-term commitment. We configure one community so your team can evaluate the process with real registrations.
How many communities can we include in the pilot?
The pilot is designed for one community. Property management companies can use that first location to evaluate the resident experience, recordkeeping, and administrative workflow before planning a wider rollout.
What happens to our records when the pilot ends?
You keep your data. At the end of 30 days, you can choose the plan that fits your community or walk away without a long-term commitment.
Do residents need special equipment to register?
No. Residents use a phone, tablet, or computer to open the community registration page, enter their pet information, and submit the requested records.
